Quotations
All work is quoted in writing before it begins. Quotations state their validity period and VAT treatment. Variations are priced and agreed in writing before being carried out.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each quotation. Staged payments, where used, are tied to completed stages of work.
Guarantees
Workmanship concerns raised within a reasonable period are inspected and made good where the workmanship is at fault. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials per their own terms.
Liability
HJB Property Development and Landscapes Ltd holds appropriate insurance for the work it undertakes. Details available on request.
