Property Development & Landscaping In Maesteg
Extensions, conversions and landscaping for Maesteg and the surrounding villages of the Llynfi Valley.
Experienced With Valley Properties
Terraced and stone-built properties need a builder who understands how they were put together. Access, party walls and levels are planned before work begins.

What We Deliver In Maesteg

Slopes, Steps And Retaining Walls
Few Llynfi Valley gardens are flat. Making one usable usually means cutting levels, building retaining walls and setting proper steps with handrails, before any paving or lawn goes in.
That structural groundwork is the part of the job we are most particular about, because it is the part you cannot fix cosmetically later.
Valley Projects, Documented
Recent work in Maesteg and the neighbouring valleys, photographed from clearance through to the finished garden.

Sloping Garden Rebuilt, Maesteg
Retaining wall, riven sandstone patio and proper steps where failing decking once stood.

Hillside Patio, Nantymoel
Levels cut into the hillside for a grey porcelain patio and artificial lawn with a valley view.

Courtyard Garden, Ogmore Vale
A small enclosed courtyard made useful with paving and zero-maintenance grass.
The Llynfi, Garw And Ogmore Valleys
Maesteg is the anchor, but the same crews and the same pricing cover the villages along all three valleys:
Maesteg Questions, Answered
What valley homeowners ask before we start.
Our garden is on a steep slope. Can it still be landscaped?
Almost always. The approach is structural: retaining walls to hold the levels, steps to connect them and drainage behind everything. The Nantymoel and Maesteg projects above both started as unusable slopes.
Access to our terrace is through the house. Is that a problem?
No, but it changes the plan. We assess access on the site visit and price for it honestly, including protection through the property and hand-carrying materials where needed.
Do you understand older stone-built properties?
Yes. Party walls, solid stone construction and original levels are all considered before work begins, which is exactly why we quote in person rather than from photographs.
